    dear! some one has changed default service code(00000000).please help me how can i change it to default or other one!

    Yikes! Make sure your hitting END that is displayed on the touch screen to get into service mode. Lot of times people don't hit that. If your hitting end and your certain it was changed, you will need to replace the nvram.

          Yes, get a new machine.
          Color is not 4 times harder... it's 65,000 times harder. They call it "TECH MODE" for a reason. I have manual's and firmware for ya, course... you are going to have to earn it.

            I have seen a couple of these machine that do not require a password and simply hitting "end" will log you into service mode.
            Hope this helps.

              Go to Admin 2 - Memory management - Overwrite all data. Then restart the MFP. Good luck.
