    Konica Minolta C252

    Hello guys i dont know how to use the scanner of my bizhub c252 using windows 7 I want to scan a document then send to my pc using SMB mode. I was using this mode with windows XP but I just change the operating system & I can't scan as before, I hope somebody can help me...thanks!!!!

      Go to the K-M site and look for an updated driver or software.

          What error code do you get when the job fails? Do you have a password on your PC? if not put one on.

              Konica have a ftp utility that is easy to setup and can eliminate SMB errors. It is called FTPutility and downloadable from tech site.
