C550 jams at entry point leading to finisher

Got a C550 trade-in I am not real familiar Konica Minolta C550.

In any event under the flip up covers in front where paper begins to path straight on way to fin always jams at plastic rollers in. One single bend not even a crease at jam. Cleaned them they are positioned correctly so I am hoping someone has a tech tip to point me in the right direction.

Is the transport bed actually plugged in?

Very good question! I have not looked where do the leads to connector go to rear of copier?

If you look at the rear/left of the transport bed the lead will be there. That plugs into the top/rear of the main body.

It's connected just cleaned the pick up rollers again under lid in front and now passing through paper fine just need to tweak the fin for some reason won't feed through there it is humid as all get go here today probably the issue
