After removing the only entry in the fax/scan one touch screen, and rebooting the machine the fax key and the user box key stopped functioning. The machine had been set up to scan but that feature was not needed, it had one entry for scan to ftp, but after removing it, I lost all fax features. The config page shows the fax is available, but I can't access it, any help offered would be appreciated.
