Develop ineo 161 shows only start up bricks only on lcd and freezes.

when we put on the machine the initial system loading signal comes but no motor or anything starts..
It stay there for ever. Can anybody please help me... It is a new machine but kept in a very cold room for a month.

move machine to acceptable environment then try the following

try firmware update
try formatting hdd
try replacing mfp pwb
