    c360 fc21 codes and locking up when printing

    we have a fairly new c360 that locks up or gives fc21 codes when printing.we have replaced the memory and formatted the harddrive as well as relacing the pwb mfp board anyone have any ideas? any help would be appreciated we have pulled this machine and gave the customer a loaner so its in our shop and have had the same thing happen here

      Hi,
      I have the same problem as you and till now no solution anybody does have the same problem? any solution? my machine is a C452

          Troubleshooting suggest also eif board...
