Set up authentication and auditing

We have a customer that would like to turn user authentication and be able to track their usage.

They have two Konica Minoltas; a 250 and a Bizhub C203. Looking at the print driver and looking at the user manual, it appears that authentication and account tracking can be enabled. Unfortunately, I did not find anything on how to set it up and how to print off the meter counts. (more specifically, where to turn those features on and where to print the counts)

Also, can it be set up to authenticate using a 5 digit code, or must it be username and password?

this info is in the network admin guide.

I would use account track and use password only.
