    Bizhub C450 banding

    Konica Bizhub C450 has banding that shows up on the copies. Took the trans belt out and wiped off toner but looks like a wiper blade gone bad on transfer roller. Residual toner down the belt transfer to the page. Are these units disassembly to replace blade? It only has 106,K on the belt. Rated for 300K?

    I have the manual but no help.

      We used to rebuild them but since you can't get individual parts for them we used parts from damaged in shippment units. If it is bad as far as I know you will need to get another one. Does KM still have any type of warranty program?
      Testing 1-2-3, testing, testing. Is this thing on?

          Is the waste toner box full or wrongly fitted, check out the waste toner auger on the transfer belt is also free to turn and toner comes out of the nozzle.
