    [Misc] C350 scaning

    I have a c350 and i want to configure it to scan
    using pagescope Box operator , l tried to create the user box in the machine but i falled
    some help pliz thanks and yet the machine has a hard disk

    Is the hard disk enabled in service mode? Oh wait... you can get into service mode because someone changed the password on ya.

    Color is not 4 times harder... it's 65,000 times harder. They call it "TECH MODE" for a reason. I have manual's and firmware for ya, course... you are going to have to earn it.

      lam atechnician my self and some body bought it as a second hand machine from dubai so he can not a locate
      the techinian and the machine is in uganda (East africa)
      any help pliz

        The machine will scan without HD - it just won't do multi-page PDFs.

          There's some information regarding scanning to memory and so on in the user manual which you should be able to dowload locally - here's a link: Download Result - KONICA MINOLTA | Europe

          If you don't have any luck with that link try one of the international Konica websites - there doesn't seem to be as much information available on the African site compared to some of the others.
