    [Misc] NOt entering the service mode

    I have a printer bizhub C350 and l cannot go in to its service mode l have tried all the password utility check details
    stop 00 stop 0 1 and then it displays (.................) Enter. but the password i have tried
    00000000 or 12345678 or 92729272 but it does not work what is the way forward.
    some reply.

      Color is not 4 times harder... it's 65,000 times harder. They call it "TECH MODE" for a reason. I have manual's and firmware for ya, course... you are going to have to earn it.

          NVRAM replace = what RRodgers said.
          Please don't ask me for firmware or service manuals as refusal often offends.

              Try to enter Trouble Reset mode, press "Trouble Reset" and then, without turning off machine, try to enter service mode.

              If that doesn't work, then read the above posts.

                  But the NVRam is embbeded on the MFP board
                  it is inseparable
