hi have a problem in konicaminolta c450 displaying error code of c-6123 and transfer belt unit rotating when machine running. any one have idea?

I can't find that code number on my manual.
If you are talking about a C 6103 (scanner overrun failure), take a bottle of canned air and clean all sensors you can reach under your glass, for starts...
