[Jamming] KM Bizhub C35 2 sided jams in mc

KONICA MINOLTA Bizhub C35 jams every copy on duplex its ok on single sided but on 2 sided it feeds out through the fuser unit then kicks back in to refeed and jams just has it starts to go into duplex guide on side door.The paper is not been physically stopped there is no obstruction the duplex guide and feed are all free you can manually feed paper through.The paper isnt hitting anything nor is it folded or damaged it just jams.
I have checked the sensor above the fuser unit which seems to be the only sensor that is used solely when duplex is used as a pose to single sided. Not got much experience on this particular KM model as we only have a couple out in the field.
Hence any help would be much appreciated.

When duplexing, one of the following messages may be indicated.

• bizhub C35

• bizhub C35P/magicolor 4750DN

• magicolor 3730DN

Description:
Jamming when duplexing.
Solution:
CAUSE: Failed or failing Duplex Conveyance/Transport Roller Clutch (CL13) and/or OPEN ICP2 on the Printer Control Board (PRCB).

SOLUTION: Replace CL13 (p/n A0VD M202 01) and the PRCB as a set.
