Bizhub C451 Image Shifting

Hi all.

I need some help please. Getting a ghost image when printing or copying.

I adjusted transfer belt speed and cleaning bias, but with no luck.

Any suggestions to what the cause may be?

I would look at doing a color calibration or something like that. It doesn't look like a ghost image, but that your colors aren't lining up one on top of the other.

reset your transfer belt speed back to factory and replace the fuser.
I have had the same issue with these machines and replacing the
fuser took care of the problem.

you also can get this issue with the C350.

Check the Home position sensors for the black IU in the main drive area at the back. It should be dusty and causes the machine to not read the exact position of the Black drum. Clear the dust and you will eliminate the problem.
