KM C352 Pink copies/prints

Hi all,
This customer called for a C2553 code, we went out and reseated the magenta unit and the code went away, but when printing color everything in the nonimage area is pink.
So we ordered a new unit and put that in but still have the pink problem (but no code).
Does anyone have any ideas?
We don't normally work on these but we where asked to.

Scan the image and post it so we can see wat you see. then we can know where to look for the soln.
