    Bh500 blck-white duplex jams

    Legal paper jams often and letter is starting to jam as well. Internally jams and 1-1 copies do not jam. Any ideas?

      There are 2 clutches in the duplex. They can start to go bad and throw off the timing. If you change, change both.
