legal jams a lot and letter some too. 1-1 copies do not jam. Any ideas?

ADU clutches are a common problem on these models.

replace both clutches in there, since you have it all apart

I assume you thoroughly cleaned rollers?

There are some rollers that are difficult to get to.

I had to recently take the whole assembly apart to clean the fan and discovered a set of rollers I never knew about (that were quite dirty) (but that was on a c650 duplexing unit).

I did not think clutches because it mostly jams on legal only and only when at top of turnover unit. Clutch problems in the past always had paper jam in the duplex unit and this is not happening here, but I will try it, it is logical. Thank you.

Depending on which clutch has failed the # and jam location will be different. Top clutch = ADU #s Lower clutch = J30s at registration area.

You can watch the paper through the slots in the side when duplexing and see the action occuring.
