C353 Tray 3 / LCT Problem

Hi Guys,
I have a problem with a C353 not recognizing Tray 3 LCT.
The UI shows that the machine see it however when you select your paper trays it only shows Tray 1 and 2.
I am thinking that there is some soft switch I need to throw in order to enable it but I will be darned if I can find where that setting is. I have been going through all of System 1 and 2 along with trying every other field I can think of.
I am relatively new to the product line and still figuring out this box.
Any help greatly appreciated.

i believe the tray has malfunctioned and disabled drawer. There is a hole in the back of the machine for tray three near the bottom. I used a screw driver to pop open the drawer to see if paper fell behind the drawer causing the error. i believe if you go into tech rep mode system 1 go to trouble isolation and touch unset next to LCC touch end and the power off the machine using the main power switch for the setting to take effect. hope this helps.
