I got a weird one hope you guys can help.
Have a Bizhub 920 with lu404. The 404 tray over drove and snapped the cables. On replacing the cables we are now getting sc24-01 trans/sep cleaning motor.
Disconnect the 404 and everything is fine. We have replaced the 404 driver board and the prcb with no effect.
Pinouts on all connecters on the driver board and prcb check out fine both with 404 attached and not attached. With attached service mode tray 4 setting unavailable.
Trans sep cleaning motor pins out ok as well.
Any thoughts?
