Has this problem resolved? I have a Oce CS650 I'm guessing is the same machine! customer says when they attached the stacker and the error occurred, so they say! tried error clear and wont go into service mode. I guess is the counter/ utility hold the power on, but no response, code wont clear. I dont have a manual and not sure what oacb and ob1 boards are and how they communicate. I do have all the accessories unplugged and it's just the machine.
