Print Scaning report when use scan to smb on c25 and c20

hi we have bizhub c25 and c20 when i do scan (smb) it gives me report of scaning job is done correctly, if i turnd off the report of fax TX it do not print report but it turns off the report of fax.TX . what is this.. any one have clue...

turn on fax TX report doint scan via smb it prints report as well of completing job.
turning off fax tx report also do not print scan to smb report

For a C25 you would have to adjust soft switch #32 and put bit 5 on "1" (that's on this machine the fifth bit from the left...)

yes its work like charm.. is these bit settings will work also for c20 ?

Don't know... Should be in the service manual... Never needed to adjust on C20...
