I have no Field Service Manual .Please help where I can can ckeck and repair.

17H Color Unit Rack rotation failure.

Reseat all color units and take care that the release flap of each color unit is retracting completely.

Also there's a plastic pin on the right hand inside of the grey top cover. This pin must release the rack when closing the top cover of the machine by pushing a plunger underneath a hole in the right hand side cover. Sometimes the pin breaks off.

Switch machine on/off to reset error code after correcting problem.
