KM Bizhub C350 - error c-0202

Hi.

I've problem with copier Bizhub C350. Machine display error C-0202. I read something about this problem and people write about corona malfunction in drum unit. How I can repair it? In room is dry. Greetings.

Paper cassette 1 lifting error.
Remove tray 1 and check for a piece of paper trapped between the rear housing and the cassette.
This is usually the cause of this

I pulled tray and always is the same error. It's show when warming up and 'calibrating'.

C0202 Magenta PC Drum Charge Corona malfunction;


there may be hair or a bent needle on the charge electrode in the magenta imaging unit.

just replace the magenta imaging unit.
