hi

I have a problem with touch screen in bizhub 361, sometimes it work sometimes it block so i can't do anything with touch screen, all the button are working but touch screen sometimes block.
If anybody have a solution please send post me

look up the firmware and see if there is a fix for that.
if not then you will have to replace the whole panel.

Can i fix the problem if i change tho hole panel because i don't have the firmware for bizhub 361 or if you have a firmware please sent it to me.
