I would doubt it. Should be different part numbers.

Need to be replaced as a full set, not individually.

You are "supposed" to change them as a full set. In the real world if you just change the faulty one & do the colour registration properly, you won't notice any difference.

Not, the print heads are different. But not only because they have different part numbers, I saw many cases of parts with different part number and different prices that are exactly the same or they fit exactly.
