Hi. i have one unit C253 color is out ,then i do adjustment it will ok . But after tomorrow back to issue .
Any idea? thanks

Are tese sample copies or prints? Do internal prints come out the same? Have you checked the colours in "Test Mode" to see if it is isolated to an imaging unit? We can't do the troubleshooting for you.

go in to service mode and run the half tone test patterns.
check each one carefully, one is going to show you where the problem is.
What adjustments are you doing ?
have you checked the transfer belt?
have you checked the transfer roller?

sorry i do gradation. but when you on/off machine the color will back to sample "before" . if you do the stabilizer back to sample "after " ????????? i no know what happen . Do internal prints come out the same
