    konica c652 has bad data on print only like the wrong driver is being used any ideas

    have put new fw and new driver and re intialized the machine

    Which of these can you print out and how they look?
    1,PCL font list
    2,PS font lists
    3,test page
    4,demo
    ? List output from service ? if you have all scan it and post it here with also scanned failed print.
    can you print the same doc on a different machine? how about different computer?
    suspecting MFP Board ..

      I would look at the following:

      1. Formatting the HDD (you will need to reload animation data and one-touches)
      2. Doing a RAM test
      3. Use a different driver. If you are using the PCL driver, try the PS or XPS drivers.
      Please don't ask me for firmware or service manuals as refusal often offends.

        I'll second the RAM test. and add replacing the patch cable.
