Hi, i have a bizhub C250, actually the machine has no problem. My only concern is that the client wants the machine to have an account track so i did input the password they needed. I just noticed that every time i log in, the display screen is always default to scan and i still have to press the copy button so that it can be used as copier and not as scanner. Is there an adjustment on the machine so that when i log in the display is default to copy? Thank you very much.

Search in User or Machine Settings, there is an option that is called 'Factory Default' and/or 'Current Settings'. I guess this will do the trick for you. You might read the User Manual, if you have enough patience, I'm sure you'll find there what you need. -

hi...in the utility mode select the initial mode..in the default settings choose copy as a default when the machine start up...i hope it is help...
