Does anyone have a service manual for this error message. I have ac350 that just came up with this error and I need to fix it asap.

And now for the strangest anomaly EVER.......... Go to Konica Minolta USA, support, office systems, c-350, scan all the way down the list and the field service manual is there for the downloading......... WTF? Hell the parts manual is the first document in the list, strange, very strange that they put this on the public site?????
