[Error Code] c 3913 Error code in Bizhub pro 6500

Hello!

I am having a problem of error code c3913 in Bizhub c6500.This happens frequently.After powering OFF & ON machine is running.Kindly help me to fix this problem.

need more information...

what firmware? does it go away after a reboot?

are you turning off the machine at night or just letting sleep?

its a fuser not set error... can me a ton of things.

I inspected the Fusing section.I could not find any problems. In the morning while switching 'ON' once error code will come.
After switching 'OFF' the sub and main powers and switching 'ON' again it will get ready.
Then when ever it stars from sleep mode the same error(C3913) will shown.

i would firmware up to 30, at least on the main body and boards.

see if that helps.

is your placement in a humid area? or very cold area for that matter?


also are you able to get it to go away? and work? or is the box completely down.
