Bizhub C35 fax to folder

Hello,

There is an option to send a fax to folder or to BOX. I setup scan to SMB but I don't have Box option. Customer wants all the faxes to be saved on HDD. Who done it maybe can help me This copier has the PC-fax option and the fax can be saved in the machine memory.

This machine does not have user box option.

If the scan to HDD is unavailable the HDD is not set up properly or has failed. I have had a few HDDs on the C35 go south and had to reinitialize them.

Description:
How to scan a document to the Hard Disk Drive (HDD).
Solution:
To scan a document to the Hard Disk Drive:
1. Place the original document into the document feeder or place it on the glass.
2. Press the Scan-to-Folder key.
3. Press the Direct Input key.
4. Press the HDD key.
5. Press Save Document.
6. Press Document Name and press the C key to clear the field. Using the keypad, type in the name of the document and press OK.
7. Press the Public key to allow use by any operator.
