Bizhub C6501 error code C-4521

Bizhub C-6501 have trouble code C-4521.
I replace:
- Color Registration Sensor Unit
- Printer Control Unit (PRCB)
- Transfer Belt Unit
- All Writing Unit
- DC Power Source/1
- Image Processing Board

Try color registration manual adjusment and CD skew adjusment but the result is Error5.
Checking all related wire and connector from PRCB to Color Registration Sensor, IPB to writing unit, and PRCB to counter are good.
Use DIPSW to disabled color registration sensor but still error code C-4521.

So I imagine that you checked the springs over the sensors since you replaced color registration. Have you tried taping them in the open position, had that happen once where i was getting that error because the flap was getting stuck closed.

Have you tried the soft switch setting to check the sensor to see if it is reading?

Also how old is your developer?

I was replaced the color registration sensor unit. I/O check solenoid shutter and the result is good.
Developer about 30%.
