c350 printer will only do one set at a time.

I am doing a 4 pag e booklet double sided on landscape from a file. center fold and staple. no matter what I do. it will only do one set (booklet) at a time. any way around that? i know I met my quota with questions for today lol thanks

This sounds like the typical 'Collate' issue.

Most applications that print have a Collate function which will send the document how ever many times you want copies to the machine. If you want 10 copies of a 4 page document, the application will send the machine 40 pages instead of just sending the whole job once and the machine then printing it 10 times.

Leave the collate option on in the print driver, but make sure that you turn off the applications collate feature which is usually found in the print dialog box / screen.
Please don't ask me for firmware or service manuals as refusal often offends.

I will have to check out the collate. if that is it. I will be happy. even thought I was doing a job that we are done with it would be great to know if that was the issue.

thanks to minolta. I may be able to sell another new machine. because windows 7 is not supported by the minolta c350.

Just use the Vista 64 Bit PCL driver and ignore all the Win7 warnings when installing. It will work Ok.

Could be a driver issue, app issue, firmware issue. Gonna need some more info such as firmware level, type of driver, and the application you are using.
