Bizhub C350 - C-0510 error code

Second hand used Machine C350 displays C-0510 error code at startup. Trouble reset does not appear bu pressing Utility counter button during power on. Service mode prompts for Password & default password 92729272 is useless as somebody must have changed it.
Service manaul does not contains this code , hence I am not able to check anything further.

Request all to suggest some action/guideline,

these old machines dont have a software trouble reset function.

I'll give you a hint - open the front door where the toners go - somewhere in there there is a microswitch in a little hole. towards the right and about half way down the door opening on the angled part.

press it, trouble is reset.

dont ask me to be more specific, you can find it.

Default password for service mode is NOT 92729272. This is a Minolta machine not a Konica.
