Dialta Di250 error code co500

I am getting the error code co500(warm up error). Can anyone tell me what usually causes this and where to start troubleshooting this?

If not the usual heat lamp or thermistor issue it can be that according to KonicaMinolta:


C0500 error code is displayed.
Solution
CAUSE: This occurs when the fuser lamp terminals become corroded, causing a poor connection to the fuser lamp.
SOLUTION: To correct this problem, several parts are now available to convert the fuser unit from a terminal type fuser lamp, to a wired type fuser lamp. See
bulletin 3051 .

How to reset a C0500 code.

The C0500 code can be reset following the steps below:1) Press the soft initialization on the right side of the control panel.2) When the dot appears on the LCD after reboot, press the number 3 key.3) The mode will change to the initialization screen.4) Choose the selection for trouble reset.

5) After reboot the code will be cleared.
