[Jamming] Konica minolta c500 bypass mishandled paper J10-11

Hi All, Hope anyone can help me with this? I have a konica minolta c500 and was running a job through bypass. All of a sudden it is saying there is a jam/mishandled paper at the bypass tray. It ask me to take out paper and place it back on. I tried that, but it won't continue pass the image showing the jam? I tried restarting, tried reset page count. I even took it apart and reseat all connections. ThanksGary

J10-03 while trying to feed from the bypass tray. Solution: CAUSE: The Tray up drive motor (M35) for the bypass unit has failed. SOLUTION: Replace the Tray up drive motor (p/n 13HA80021).

Hi, I replaced it, but still didn't work. Anything else you think would cause this?Gary

When paper is placed in the Manual paper feed tray, the tray does not lift and this creates a misfeed condition. This could be due to a poor wiring connection or a failed ADU driver control board. SOLUTION: Check the Upper limit sensor and if it checks OK in the IO mode, then confirm 24V DC at the pins of connectors 539-B10-1 and 539-B11. If the voltage drops significantly, this could be an indication of a failed Conveyance Driving Board (p/n 65AA -905 2E). Note: Make sure the harness for the Manual feed tray is not pinched or damaged.
