SERVICE ERROR P-21

Hi, im having trouble with my kinoca minolta printer. When i print out faces on the print come out looking weird and out of color and theres a error sign saying p-21. Any idea what it could be??? Help!!!!

color copier konica minolta c252
a symbol appear on the screen,when I click on it said machine status P-21.when I print the image on the paper look wear,like no enough color on,any body know what it may be happen please somebody help me.
