I have a konica minolta bizhub c250 that i had to do a data clear on the machine for various reasons.
After the reset i set the hard drive back on by pressing set in service mode then I reinputted the scan to folder addresses and everything works fine.The only problem I have is that when I send a multi page scan e.g. 10 originals it sends 10 seperate pdfs as a pose to 1- 10 page pdf.
Whatever I scan it sends them all as individual pdfs.
What do I neeed to rest to allow it to send them as 1 pdf if it is a multi page scan.
Is it something that has defaulted after I did a reset .

Sounds like the HDD is not enabled. It will send individual files as opposed to one file if it is not enabled.

Just double check your scanning defaults to see if the machine is now defaulted to single page scans.

If it has, change it to multipage scanning and default it by using:

1. Utility / Counter
2. User Settings
3. Fax / Scan Settings
4. Default Scan / Fax Setting
5. Use Current (if use current is already set, then press it anyway).

I agree with Owl & Darren.
You might want to check for a setting that parses pdf documents based on a maximum size too.
If the maximum file size has been set too low it will cause you to get more documents when scanning than wanted.
Then again, whatever the default is has always been fine for me.

like above post, even tho reinitalized hard drive..
make sure machine knows hard drive is installed
