Hello all...trying to figure out an issue this prod. MFP...Customers original 2008 server went down and needed replacement...Installed a virtual Win 2008 R2 64 bit...KM offers an ISO download that is says are correct for this OS, but each time the printer wizard generates error code of 0x000003eb and aborts. I can connect to the print/direct queues with no problem, but the customer wants to be able to connect to the driver the same way as all the other drivers (each is a local printer, shared and listed in the directory). The SMB connected version is greyed out with respect to sharing options as it is already a shared printer..Anyone been able to make this work? We have already cleaned up the print manager..blew out all the copies of the Fiery drivers, ports, deleted existing drivers, clean re-boot, and tried re-install of the drivers, but same error code.
