[Misc] Bizhub C220 gray line at bottom A4 page

Print out problem.
When Printing or copying a grayscalled line is appeared in the bottom of a A4 page which looks like a dirt from wasted toner (pls see atachement). No messages or error codes appear on the machine screen.Total counter 51K (28K is BW and 23K is colored). Any ideas what this is and how can I solve it.. Thanx in advance..

developer abrasion to black drum


replace black developing unit and drum.
