Problem sounds like you didn't have a tech go to training for this machine who gets the SM free in class or access to Konica Minolta site that has them free for download that has the service codes in them.....but up above it seems there would be an SM available for 12.77.

$12.77 a small price to pay for a company of "we" but it may be just a company of I because a company of we should have other resources other than asking for help on the internet on this model but as minimerlin said not even an introduction just "we have a problem", manuals4you can get you what you need. good day.
