    Bizhub 350 regarding the JS502 (job separator)

    Dear All KM expert,

    any setting to enable the JS502? i fix the JS502, but seems that i cannot use this function, i can't select the output.
    any help will be appreciated.

      JS502 is plug and play. Just need to go into user mode and set up output tray. Make sure it is plugged in.

          yes, normally i installed this JS502, it was plu and play, but dono why this machine cannot show it at the user mode.
          i wonder the software sw setting will help, do u have the software sw switch setting list, seems the service
          manual don't have this setting info.
