[Error Code] Konica bizhub c-252 c-5102/3 code

Hello,
My c252 is getting a c-5102 and in the service it gives me a c-5102/3, I'm not sure what that means! a 5102 I believe is a main motor issue, I know there are several motors is in that area. Is that the motor that drives the transfer assembly and black drum unit ? I trouble reset the code and sometimes I can get the machine to come to ready and run a few copies then it will error out. I also turned the black drum it seem to be fine but I did not turn the developer roller, I dont think that matters and I turned the main motor by hand there does not seem to be any binding and I can see the transfer assembly rotate. I also removed the transfer assembly and turned it by hand, not binding. When I do a trouble reset and reboot the motor just sits there then the machine errors. thanks

There are 3 Motors in the Bizhubc252(M1-M3) M1 and M3 are same!
exchange, nevertheless, the both! and you see whether your mistake walks.
If so then the motor is defective.
If not the PWB is defective!

Commen problem with this box, replace the main drive motor..the one on the left looking into the back of the machine!

Commen problem with this box, replace the main drive motor..the one on the left looking into the back of the machine!

whenever KM uses a slash with a code 5102/3 that means the code can either be 5102 or 5103 for the troubleshooting info.

I believe I can change a C-250/252 main motor with my eyes closed now. Very common problem.
Now takes me about 40 minutes from "walk in" to "walk out'.
