Can not log in to change IP address

    [Misc] Can not log in to change IP address

    I have a Konica minolta Bizhub Pro c500 with a X3e controller. I tried to log in thru the ops panel but is asks for a user name and password that I do not have. So I tried to web interface in and was able to get to the initial screen. The status screen. When I hit the button to change configuration, a window came up but was blank. Please help me to change the IP address on this controller.

      Normally the fiery passwords are: Fiery.1
      note the capitals
