HELP! I have a customer with a C450 that recently had a NVRAM failure. We had to do a NVRAM reset and a total memory clear to get them up and going, but now the machine only gives access to 100 account track IDs. Prior to this they had 148. I remeber hearing something about a soft switch setting (or something) that would allow access to more account track IDs than just the basic 100, but I cant find anything in SSD or my old machine files about it. Does anybody know?

The reset may have de-installed the HDD..Not sure if the HDD affects the # of account track entries, but it's worth looking at. EmujoIf you don't see your question answered in the forum, please don't think it's OK to PM me for a personal reply...I do not give out firmware and/or manuals.
