    bizhub c200 scan problem

    when we try to scan to a folder. it never makes it there. and when we print out a sheet to see what is going on. it comes up with a EE09C7 this machine was scanning just fine for 3 years. but it ran off another computer as a host. and things got moved around. we are faxing fine now. but can not scan. could someone offer me some assitance on this code.

      EE09C7 Login failed. Confirm whether the user name and password are correct.
      And Star Trek was just a tv show...yeah right!

        that sounds right. the customer actually just told me friday that they could not change a user name on the input screen. it wold always go back to another name. (the previous name) when they changed it on the screen

          Please install the firmware version 40
          Then it should be working.

            We updated the firmware and double checked user name and password. Verified smb settings are valid. On Konicas data base I found a possible solution: uninstall Microsoft Essentials; but the client doesn't have it installed. Client is still getting EE09C7. Any more suggestions?
