[Misc] Hi i having problem with fiery IC-408 c6500

I installed version 1.0 because i don't have the new ones, the problem is, the file sent is received by the fiery but the fiery don't send to 6500. i've been tryin with the firmwares 30 50 70 but do not work.
where i can find a new version of fiery?

Is the 6500 in standby when sending a job?
If so, try taking it out of standby.

I remember reading about a patch to fix this, but I have yet to install it.

Check the connections and configuration between the 6500 and the fiery. If they do not talk then no printing.

Use Command Workstation to see if the jobs are being held at the Fiery and if they are, CW should tell you the reason for them being held, unless you are sending jobs to the HOLD queue to start with.

Indeed!

As above, the Fiery may be rejecting the jobs because of incorrect media or something. These jobs will be highlighted in a light-red (pink) colour in Command Workstation.

First at all, you should discover if the fiery communicates with the printer. Does the "Controller" Window show up? If so, are you able to print a config page?
Second, if the Version 1 is installed, it will not work with Driver Version2. In that case, connect to the Fiery with a browser using its IP Adress and download the correct driver.
