Resetting Bizhub C452

Hi,

We want to reset a Bizhub C452 at a customer (we are ASP). But i have one question before doing that.. If i do a clear NVRAM, does that reset al my counters as well?

If so, how can we reset to factory defaults without resetting the counters? Is it even possible?

The only way I know of to reset the main counters is to replace the nvram pwb. anything else does not. This will reset the maintenance counters so you may need new iu's transfer belt and fuser.
