    ikon C500 colors misalignment

    Hi there,

    My iKon C500 colors misalignment, I go to service with "9272" but i can't find the tool to run color alignment . anyone help me ? Thank you.

      Post some samples.... are you talking about "color registration".... what have you done to date... or are you referring to the fiery alignment...????

          Sample : I printed the red color with 100% yellow and 100% magenta , the yellow color out of magenta and it's the same to other color they not fix on . I don't know run the alignment from fiery or service mode tool.
