Hy,

I have this bizhub C451 and is jamming in secondary transfer unit J3001. I replaced all unit(second transfer unit), clean everything form paper tray rolles and sensors to fuser. The paper is stopping in the fuser and is foldit in 2 and is jamming every 10 copies. Thanks

Make sure the turnover solenoid and the turnover moving guide are working correctly, sounds like the problem is in this area. Also check exactly where the paper is as you open the unit to clear the jam.
