Konica C8050 inssue

My konica printed misalignment like :

Printed : The Magenta out of other colors . The second "HELLO" I scan after printed so it look darker the 1st "HELLO" printing file.


Please help me ? How to run alignment adjust ?

Try to make a copy. If the colors are still that far out of alignment you have a serious problem!
If all is good in copy mode, re-start the print controller.
The machine should have thrown a code if the colors are that far our of registration. The registration can only be adjusted a few millimeters.

I made some copy and the colors still out of alignment , I think I need to run alignment adjust tool from service mode, But I don't know how to do, some one guide me go to 3-6 mode but I can't find this tool. I see the colors just misalignment a few millimeters so run adjust can solve this issue ?
